Allah humma anta Rabbi la illaha illa anta khalaqtani wa ana abdu ka wa ala ahdika wa wadika mas-tata'tu aa'oozubika min sharri ma sa-naa'tu abu-oo-laka be nematika alii'ya wa abu'oo be zambi fagh-fir-li fa inna hu la yagh-fir-uz-zunoba illa anta.
Translation:
English: Allah you are my sustainer. None is worthy of prayers but you. You have created me and I am your slave and I am steadfast on your promise as per my capability. I seek Your refuge from the bad consequences of my own deeds. I acknowledge in front of you, all the blessings that You have bestowed on me, and I also acknowledge all my bad deeds (sins). So please forgive my sins as no one else can forgive the sins.
Urdu: Illahi aap mere Rab hein. Apke siwa koi ibadat ke laaiq nahin. Aap ne hi mujhe paida kiya hai aur mein Aap hi ka banda hoon. Aur mein apke ehd o paimaan aur Apke wadey pur apni ista'ta' at ke baqadr qaaim hoon, mein Aap se apne kaamon ke shar se panah mangta hoon, Apki jo naimatein mujh pur hein unka mein Apke samne aitaraaf karta hoon aur apne gunahoon ka bhi iqrar karta hoon. Pus Aap mere gunah bakhsh dijiye is liye ke Apke siwa koi gunah bakhsh nahin sakta.
